Which plan should I choose?
For a personal or small business site, our Gold Plan would probably be best. If you have a larger site or wish to resell your space, you probably need our Reseller plan. For even more power and flexibility, consider your own Virtual Dedicated Server.

Do you own your servers or are you a reseller?
We own our servers, most of which we custom-built.

Where are your servers located? Who are your bandwidth providers?
Our servers are located in the Colo4Dallas datacenter. Our bandwidth providers are MFN, Yipes, and Cogent.

How long have you been in business?
We've been in business since 1997, and operating under the ArsHost.com domain since May 2000.

I need help installing a program, can you help?
If it's a cgi or php program, we recommend checking the program's homepage for installation instructions first. We charge $30/hr to install a program for you.

What kind of hardware/software do you use?
We have multiple servers, our two main ones are an Athlon XP 2000+ with 768MB RAM and two 80gig drives in RAID-1 (hosting server), and a P4 2.6CGHz with 2gig RAM and two 160gig drives in RAID-1 (vds server). This is a test: diamond buyer
